We’re Theresa & Dillon.
We are a husband and wife team who live in Geneva, NY. We have worked in the Finger Lakes wine industry for over a decade; Dillon as a winemaker, and Theresa as Creative Director. We are embarking on a brand-new venture together, producing wines that reflect a unique take on what the Finger Lakes region has to offer.
In the fall of 2022, we purchased farmland and woods on the east side of Seneca Lake. We plan to plant vineyards and steward the land to create an ever-evolving wine farm over the ensuing years. We also operate a small specialty flower farm!
Wines
Our winemaking style is intentional and intuitive, relying on the skills and palate that we have developed over the last decade in the Finger Lakes, as well our exploration of the world of wine that has led us to many wine regions both physically and through the lens of a bottle.
All fermentations are spontaneous, no fining additives or adjustments are made, and we use minimal SO2.
